1. Cleanse Face
2. Remove one pair and gently tear at perforation
3. Remove and discard thin transparent film. Apply to face, neck and body with white film facing outward
4. Remove white film and leave on for 15-20 minutes
5. Remove patches and massage remaining essence into skin
