1) WASH AND DRY FEET THOROUGHLY
2) TEAR OPEN THE SECTION CONTAINING STIMULATING ESSENCE
3) CAREFULLY POUR THE ESSENCE INTO EACH SOCK EVENLY
4) PLACE FEET INTO SOCKS AND TIE AROUND ANKLES AND LEAVE ON FOR 1-1.5 HOURS
5) REMOVE SOCKS AND RINSE OFF ANY RESIDUE
